Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to provide supervision, mentorship, and training to residents and pre-licensed clinicians in a Clinical Residency Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual and group supervision, reviewing treatment plans and clinical documentation
• Maintain a small caseload to model best practices in therapy
• Co-lead training sessions and support clinicians in professional development

Required Qualifications

• Advanced clinical degree (LCSW-C or LCPC) with unrestricted licensure in Arizona
• 4+ years of post-master's clinical experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Experience in virtual healthcare strategy or behavioral health transformation
• Strong knowledge of compliance and accreditation processes
