Job Summary
To support a 24/7 crisis contact center, the part-time Arizona Licensed Clinical Supervisor will oversee a team of crisis specialists, providing clinical oversight, training, and implementing trauma-informed care practices while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical oversight and administrative supervision as delegated by the Director of Clinical Services
- Assist in the development and review of crisis services and clinical policies, ensuring compliance and quality audits
- Provide coaching and training to new team leads and crisis agents, while monitoring clinical performance indicators
Required qualifications:
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Current Arizona Behavioral Health License (LPC, LAC, LMSW, LMFT, LIAC, LAAC) or an out-of-state license eligible for AZ endorsement
- 5+ years of experience in the behavioral health industry
- 2+ years of crisis intervention experience
- 1+ year of supervisory experience
