Job Summary
To support the development of associate-level clinicians, the contract Licensed Clinical Supervisor in Arizona will provide clinical supervision for telehealth services, guiding associates toward full licensure while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide board-required clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians
- Guide associates through the licensure process while ensuring compliance with Medicaid guidelines
- Utilize professional judgment to shape supervision according to individual and board requirements
Required qualifications
- Valid LCSW license in good standing in Arizona with board approval for clinical supervision
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure
- Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
