Arizona Licensed Closer/Funder
Job Summary
To support a growing mortgage team, the fully remote Arizona Licensed Closer/Funder will prepare and review loan closing documents, manage a pipeline of fundings, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws while providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepares, reviews, and generates mortgage closing documents according to compliance requirements
- Manages assigned pipeline of fundings, ensuring timely completion of loan documents and wire requests
- Maintains communication with outside agencies to obtain required documentation and coordinates corrections with title companies when necessary
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of loan funding, processing, and/or closing experience required
- Able to close a pipeline of 35 - 40+ loans a month
- Familiar with mortgage origination process, including FNMA, FHA, VA, and RESPA guidelines
- Proficient in PC skills, including Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook
