Job Summary

Bringing energy and expertise to the role, the full-time Arizona Licensed Collections Representative will manage a dynamic portfolio of cases, drive positive customer outcomes, and ensure performance targets are met while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Maximize positive customer outcomes while delivering identified customer experience and financial performance targets
  • Promote and achieve high rates of customer/partner experience, enabling significant value realization from engagements
  • Ensure delivery of targeted performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs)
Required qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of work experience in an office or contact center environment
  • Experience in Healthcare, Legal, Insurance, or Financial Services Industries, specifically in personal injury
  • Ability to understand and integrate technology and data-driven decision-making into negotiations
  • Must reside in Arizona
