Arizona Licensed Collections Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, Arizona, the full-time Arizona Licensed Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls to collect on past due accounts while providing top-tier customer support and service.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect on overdue accounts
• Provide exceptional customer support and service throughout the collections process
• Participate in mandatory virtual training and adhere to scheduled shifts

Required qualifications:

• Prior customer service and collections experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficiency in computer and typing skills, with experience using multiple software applications
• Ability to work from a designated home-based workspace free from distractions
• Must be 18 years or older and located within the specified radius of Glendale, AZ
