Arizona Licensed Collections Representative

Job Summary

To support customer account management, the full-time Arizona Licensed Collections Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls to collect on past due accounts while working remotely within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, Arizona.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect on overdue accounts
• Provide exceptional support and service to customers
• Participate in mandatory virtual training and adhere to scheduled shifts

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Customer service and prior collections experience
• Proficiency in using multiple software applications and typing skills
• Experience in a customer service or call center environment
• Must be 18 years or older and located within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, AZ
