Job Summary

To support its mission, the full-time Arizona Licensed Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls to collect on past-due accounts while providing exceptional customer service in a remote work environment within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, Arizona.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect on past-due accounts
• Deliver top-tier support and service to customers
• Participate in a mandatory virtual training program for five weeks

Required qualifications

• Customer service and prior collections experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficiency in computer and typing skills, with experience in a call center environment
• Must be 18 years or older and located within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, AZ
• Ability to work with AI-enabled tools and adapt to evolving workflows
