Arizona Licensed Collections Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Arizona Licensed Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls to collect on past due accounts while providing exceptional customer service in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect on overdue accounts
• Deliver top-tier support and service to customers
• Participate in mandatory virtual training for five weeks, full-time

Required qualifications:

• Customer service and prior collections experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work with multiple software applications simultaneously
• Must be located within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, AZ
• Must be 18 years or older
