Arizona Licensed Collections Supervisor

Job Summary

To support operational excellence, the full-time Arizona Licensed Collections Supervisor will manage agent growth and development, train team members on effective collection methods, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while working remotely within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, AZ.

Key responsibilities

• Train and mentor team members to achieve performance goals and provide constructive feedback
• Manage account details and agent performance, ensuring service levels meet expectations
• Handle escalated customer situations and act as the primary responder for team inquiries

Required qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel functions and formulas
• General knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Protection Act and Telephone Consumer Protection Act
• Proven ability to coach and mentor others effectively
• Availability to work the shift from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
