Arizona Licensed Commercial Lines Advisor
Job Summary
To support a growing insurance services brokerage, the full-time Arizona Licensed Commercial Lines Advisor will acquire new business, manage client relationships, and develop a specialized book of business in the Construction and Manufacturing industries, with a hybrid work schedule available after 90 days of training.
Key responsibilities:
- Acquire new Commercial Lines business while maximizing cross-selling and account growth opportunities
- Build and grow a specialized book of business through networking, business development, and strategic referral partnerships
- Partner with the service team on new business submissions, proposals, renewals, and policy processing
Required qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty license
- At least 1 year of Commercial Lines experience preferred
- Experience in Manufacturing, Construction, or Large Property commercial line sales preferred
- Longevity in previous positions, with at least 3 years of experience
- Confident self-starter with a strong motivation to succeed
