Job Summary
Seeking experienced Arizona Licensed Commercial Mortgage Brokers, the remote position offers entrepreneurial originators the opportunity to originate and close commercial real estate loans while maintaining and growing borrower relationships in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Originate and close commercial real estate loans across multiple asset classes
- Maintain and grow borrower and investor relationships
- Partner with CEO and internal teams to manage leads and close transactions
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of commercial mortgage origination experience; preference for senior brokers with 10+ years and strong production track record
- Established borrower and referral network
- Proven annual production of $25M+ (required)
- Ability to structure and close transactions across a variety of CRE asset types
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to exceed goals in a high-growth environment
