Job Summary

Arizona Licensed Compliance Director is a fully remote position responsible for managing and enhancing the organization's governance, risk, and compliance program, ensuring alignment with various regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a global governance framework aligned with relevant regulations and standards
  • Act as the primary liaison for client audits and regulatory engagements, ensuring compliance and timely remediation of findings
  • Oversee security governance, including physical and cyber security, and coordinate compliance with incident response processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information security, compliance, risk management, or a related field; equivalent experience may substitute
  • 7+ years of experience in governance, compliance, risk management, or security within healthcare or regulated industries
  • Direct experience leading client and regulatory audits, including CMS, HIPAA, and NIST
  • Preferred knowledge of GRC platforms such as AuditBoard and EY Compliance Management Tool
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks including HIPAA, CMS, NIST CSF, HITRUST, and ISO 27001
