Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Reporting & Technical Accounting (Virtual).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review SEC filings, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
• Draft and maintain technical accounting memos and disclosure support for SEC filings
• Research and document technical accounting issues and assess implications of transactions and new standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Licensed Certified Public Accountant
• Seven years of experience with U.S. GAAP accounting, including three years of SEC reporting experience
• Experience in public accounting or at a large public company
• Master's degree in accounting or related field (preferred)
