A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Flagstaff, AZ.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, ethical, and professional telephonic support to individuals experiencing distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate resources and safety planning
• Maintain accurate documentation while multitasking across multiple software systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to work a full 40-hour schedule and regular availability on weekends and holidays
• Secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace with a stable internet connection
