Job Summary
Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Arizona Licensed Crisis Counselor will engage with individuals experiencing emotional distress, conduct risk assessments, and deliver crisis intervention services in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals seeking guidance or experiencing distress
- Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns while providing resources, coping strategies, and safety planning
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
- Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
- Ability to work regular schedules that include weekends and holidays
- Strong multitasking skills while navigating multiple software systems
- Emotional resilience and exceptional communication skills
