Job Summary

Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Arizona Licensed Crisis Counselor will engage with individuals experiencing emotional distress, conduct risk assessments, and deliver crisis intervention services in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals seeking guidance or experiencing distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns while providing resources, coping strategies, and safety planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to work regular schedules that include weekends and holidays
• Strong multitasking skills while navigating multiple software systems
• Emotional resilience and exceptional communication skills
