Job Summary
To support a growing team, the fully remote Arizona Licensed Customer Care Specialist will manage inbound calls from sales agents, conduct third-party verifications, and assist clients with Medicare enrollment processes.
Key responsibilities
- Accept inbound calls from sales agents to conduct third-party verification and confirm client information
- Perform Health Risk Assessments (HRA) and Medicare Consumer Assessments (MCA) while presenting options for carrier mail order pharmacy
- Address customer inquiries regarding their new Medicare plans and drive higher effectuation rates for the company
Required qualifications
- An active Resident Health Insurance License and any additional certifications as required by CMS
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Medicare enrollment tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for tracking and organizing information
- Comprehensive understanding of Medicare regulations and the ability to explain complex healthcare information clearly
- Commitment to ongoing education and training on Medicare regulations and policies
