Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Customer Service Agent to provide support and guidance to homeowners regarding their insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume customer interactions via phone, chat, and email, providing accurate information on policies and payments
• Create and process homeowners insurance policies and endorsements with urgency and accuracy
• Educate policyholders on coverage details and assist with documentation for policy compliance

Required Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license
• 6+ months of customer service experience in property and casualty insurance
• Experience in a high-volume call center or customer support environment
• Hands-on experience with homeowners insurance policies
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and tools simultaneously
