Job Summary
Seeking an Arizona Licensed Customer Service Agent, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative will assist customers with problem-solving, provide tech support, and collaborate with back-office teams while gaining exposure to various job roles and learning opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers through multiple channels (chat, email, MS Teams) to resolve issues and provide concierge-level care
- Collaborate with back-office teams to handle escalations and improve customer service processes
- Engage in continuous learning and training on various platforms, including Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies
Required qualifications
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
- 1+ years of support help desk experience
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Customer support knowledge
- Ability to adapt approach based on customer needs
