• Accept ownership of requests to ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Build relationships with customers to maintain client retention and educate on insurance needs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Property & Casualty Producer's License assistance provided if not currently held
• Working skills developed through formal training or work experience
• Ability to assess problems and relevant issues using standard procedures
• Moderate degree of guidance required within established procedures
• Participation in scheduled training and development opportunities is expected
