Job Summary
Leading a remote team of Insurance Professionals, the full-time Arizona Licensed Customer Service Supervisor will coach and develop staff while ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Mentor and manage a team of 15-18 Insurance Professionals, monitoring performance and providing feedback
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and workload distribution, while handling escalations effectively
- Collaborate with leadership to identify process improvements and enhance team engagement and performance
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of progressive Contact Center experience
- Proven supervisory experience with the ability to coach and develop team members
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license within 90 days
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with telephony/workforce management systems
