Job Summary

Seeking an Arizona Licensed Direct Sales Agent, the full-time position will manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with health and supplemental insurance coverage, utilizing a consultative sales approach while building strong relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Conduct outbound calls for prospecting and follow-up to nurture leads and enhance customer relationships
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, ensuring a seamless service experience for customers

Required qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of Call Center & Sales experience
• Active Life and Health Insurance license required upon hire
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Ability to navigate various software applications effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
