Arizona Licensed Disability Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Disability Specialist, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all Social Security Disability applications from submission to completion while providing excellent customer service
• Coordinate appointments, gather necessary documentation, and maintain communication with claimants and agencies
• Ensure compliance with information security policies and maintain confidentiality of data

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service experience
• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Call center experience and/or de-escalation experience is preferred
• Experience in social services, case management, or working with government agencies is advantageous
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
