Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with enrolled families through calls, texts, and emails to support scholars in their online education journey
  • Track conversations and follow up diligently in CRM and enrollment systems to meet metrics
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new students, ensuring they have the necessary technology and support to begin their coursework
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales or customer service experience; charter school knowledge preferred
  • Demonstrated success in relationship building and influencing decisions
  • Fluency with technology, including Microsoft Outlook Suite, Google Suite, and various Learning Management Systems
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote environment
