Arizona Licensed Environmental Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Environmental Planner.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct federal, state, and local environmental impact analyses and manage the preparation of environmental review documentation
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams in the preparation of NEPA baseline studies and provide technical oversight for planning documents
• Support local land use and environmental permitting processes and contribute to business development efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental planning, environmental science, or a related field
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in planning and NEPA document preparation
• Experience with complex, multi-disciplinary projects and federal/state environmental regulations
• Knowledge of agency processes and procedures related to environmental planning
• Some experience in a management or leadership role
