Job Summary
Leading regional facilities operations, the full-time Arizona Licensed Facilities Manager will ensure safe and compliant environments across multiple locations, overseeing maintenance, vendor management, and long-term strategic planning while collaborating with regional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee regional facilities operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage service performance to meet contractual terms
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6 years of experience in facilities management, including supervisory experience
- Knowledge of facility mechanical systems and construction processes
- Valid in-state driver's license
- IFMA or FMP certification preferred
