Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Billing Customer Service staff and ensure quality service
• Implement new goals and procedures to expedite payment of accounts and improve revenue
• Monitor team performance, conduct meetings, and assist in training and onboarding of team members

Required Qualifications

• Experience in hospital and physician office environments
• Knowledge of guarantor-based billing and pediatric accounts
• Strong background in customer service and financial conversations with families
• Ability to develop and implement corrective action plans
• Experience in performance tracking and quality assurance reviews
