Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician specializing in Family Practice and Pediatrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with care standards
• Coordinate patient services, including specialty referrals and home health care
• Participate in daily care team huddles and ensure compliance with medical documentation and policies

Required Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Arizona medical license
• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Family Practice and Pediatrics
• Willingness to obtain medical licenses in other states as required
• Experience with integrated team-based care models
