Job Summary

To support student financial needs, the full-time Arizona Licensed Finance Advisor will communicate with students through various channels, manage financial aid inquiries, and ensure compliance with established guidelines in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage multiple financial aid inquiries to assist students in achieving their educational goals
• Educate students on financial aid policies and facilitate the processing of federal student financial aid
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the overall student experience and resolve any financial aid issues

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Prior experience in financial aid advisement or customer service in an educational setting
• General knowledge of the higher education industry and Title IV funding
• Ability to handle escalated communication effectively
• Proficiency in navigating multiple software applications
