Job Summary

To support the growth of the LA Region, the full-time Arizona Licensed Finance Manager will lead a team of Finance & Insurance Sales Professionals, focusing on profitable growth, strategic direction, and managing sales activities while operating remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Implement strategic and tactical objectives to achieve profitable Finance & Insurance growth
• Analyze financial results and provide direction to enhance market share and product mix
• Oversee leadership activities including planning, budgeting, coaching, and performance management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in Field Sales, or a High School Diploma with 6+ years of experience
• Experience managing product knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment in the field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial analysis
• Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and goal achievement
• Prior management or supervisory experience in a dealership environment is preferred
