Arizona Licensed Foreclosure Specialist

Job Summary

To support attainable home ownership, the part-time Arizona Licensed Foreclosure Specialist will prepare and manage foreclosure referral packages, oversee default-related notices, and maintain accurate records while working hybrid in Chandler, Arizona.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage foreclosure referral packages, ensuring timely document certification and vendor coordination
• Oversee the generation and delivery of default-related notices, including Notices of Default and Breach Letters
• Conduct compliance reviews of foreclosure and bankruptcy legal documents to ensure adherence to investor and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of default servicing experience preferred, with at least 2 years in foreclosure
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Prior FHA mortgage foreclosure experience and/or manufactured home replevin experience required
• Working knowledge of GSE servicing guidelines and investor requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow established procedures
