Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Funds Associate with three to five years of experience, the position focuses on advising investment funds throughout their lifecycle and working with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit, with options for remote work available.

Key responsibilities

• Advise investment funds and their investors during all stages of the funds' lifecycle
• Collaborate with attorneys on corporate and securities matters related to financial services
• Handle multiple projects while articulating legal strategies and courses of action effectively

Required qualifications

• Active bar license in the relevant state or commitment to obtain one
• Three to five years of experience in corporate and securities law, preferably with investment funds
• Background in private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds is preferred
• Excellent academic credentials and superior interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects
