Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzes training needs and prepares reports to enhance training effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Two years of training experience in an insurance or healthcare environment
  • Three years of related experience in Case Management, Disease Management, or behavioral healthcare
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and coding (ICD-9, CPT-4) may be required
