Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Services Auditor (RN) - Clinical Quality Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts audits to identify gaps in performance and collaborates with clinical leaders to enhance processes
• Monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics to assess clinical performance and identify improvement areas
• Prepares accurate audit reports summarizing outcomes and recommended corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of healthcare experience, with 1 year in utilization management, care management, or managed care
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Experience in clinical review/auditing preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or applicable software
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
