Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Scheduler PART TIME.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate medical appointments for patients, providers, and facilities
• Obtain and document patient demographics and insurance information for authorizations and referrals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or related experience in a healthcare setting
• Ability to use technology tools for customer inquiries and maintain a professional demeanor
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective teamwork skills and ability to meet deadlines and productivity standards
