Job Summary

A company is looking for an Abstractor, HEDIS /Quality Improvement (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates HEDIS medical record reviews and ongoing record assessments
• Participates in vendor meetings for the medical record collection process
• Collects medical records, loads data into the HEDIS application, and verifies documentation against specifications

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 3 years of experience in healthcare
• Basic knowledge of HEDIS projects
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred active RN license for the State(s) of employment
