Arizona Licensed HVAC Technician

Job Summary

To support HVAC service operations, the full-time Arizona Licensed HVAC Technician will perform routine maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential, commercial, and light industrial HVAC systems while managing service calls and customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot and resolve intermediate to advanced HVAC service issues
• Maintain inventory on the service vehicle and ensure proper scheduling of maintenance and repairs
• Create positive customer experiences during all service interactions and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of previous HVAC experience
• Valid state Driver's License and auto insurance
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75lbs with assistance
• Capability to climb ladders and enter/exit attic and roof spaces
