Arizona Licensed Inbound Sales Consultant

Job Summary

To support a nationwide insurer, the Licensed Inbound Sales Consultant - Property & Casualty insurance will handle inbound calls to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance options, working full-time in a hybrid or remote setting with morning shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Sell insurance by gathering customer information, quoting, and binding, with occasional outbound calls
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships while educating customers on coverages and costs
• Qualify customers for cross-selling and upselling opportunities while navigating multiple computer systems

Required qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales environment
• Active Resident Property & Casualty license or personal lines required
• Proven ability to meet quotas, metrics, and goals
• Direct sales skills with the aptitude to influence customers and close sales
• Eligibility to obtain a non-resident property and casualty license in all required states
