Job Summary
Leading the Enterprise Productivity and Collaboration (EPIC) team, the full-time Arizona Licensed Information Systems Supervisor will manage the delivery and support of Microsoft 365 and related productivity solutions, ensuring operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction while fostering innovation and technology modernization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage technical support and service delivery, ensuring 24/7 client support for information and communication systems
- Lead the implementation and integration of new and existing systems while resolving complex technical issues
- Develop and retain a skilled technical team, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Eight (8) years of progressively responsible Information Systems or related experience
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of information systems methodologies and emerging technologies
