Arizona Licensed Inside Sales Agent

Job Summary

As an Arizona Licensed Inside Sales Agent, the full-time remote position will manage inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and converting sales leads into policyholders through effective communication and persuasion.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to assess customer insurance needs
• Consult with customers to match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits
• Participate in a comprehensive training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills for closing sales
• Ability to communicate effectively with both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC skills
