Arizona Licensed Inside Sales Agent

Job Summary

Seeking an Arizona Licensed Inside Sales Agent, the full-time remote position will manage inbound sales calls, follow up with prospective pet parents, and maintain customer information in the CRM system while achieving key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately capture customer information in the CRM system
• Proactively manage and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities
• Achieve KPIs set by the company through effective organization and time management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 2+ years of sales experience
• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain during training
