Arizona Licensed Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

As an Arizona Licensed Inside Sales Representative, the full-time remote role will manage inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders to match them with the appropriate insurance coverages and products, while participating in paid training and licensing opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and convert sales leads into policyholders by assessing customer insurance needs
• Represent the Liberty brand by connecting customers with the right insurance products
• Participate in a structured training program to obtain necessary licensing and develop sales skills

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficient typing capabilities and PC skills
