Job Summary

Analyzing and processing mitigation, restoration, abatement, or mediation invoices for payment, the fully remote Arizona Licensed Inside Technician will ensure accurate payment amounts while delivering compassionate service to enhance customer retention.

Key responsibilities:

• Reviews invoices for timeliness and accuracy, ensuring proper payment processing
• Researches and addresses moderately complex customer and vendor communications and issues
• Analyzes and reinspects vendor invoices and estimates, making necessary corrections and recommendations

Required qualifications:

• Experience in mitigation, restoration, abatement, or mediation with vendors
• Strong understanding of invoice analysis and payment processes
• Ability to manage workload independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in training or mentoring adjusters, processors, or vendors
• Knowledge of vendor management and partnership improvement strategies
