Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer care across multiple communication channels
• Process new customer enrollments, claims, and fulfillment tasks
• Educate customers on product offerings and assist with additional coverage purchases

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service role with significant customer interaction
• Experience with ticketing software (e.g., Zendesk, Kustomer)
• Existing Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Administrative and computer skills
• Entrepreneurial interest and a passion for pets
