Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers regarding personal line auto and home insurance policies
• Educate customers on insurance policy details, including coverage and pricing
• Prepare and bind quotes through various insurance carriers

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends and evenings
• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license within two weeks of starting
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Strong multitasking skills to manage competing priorities
