- Handle all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, and trials
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
- Strong courtroom and deposition skills
- Excellent legal research and writing abilities
- Arizona Bar admission
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to casework
