Arizona Licensed Insurance Defense Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Defense Attorney specializing in Commercial Vehicle cases, primarily remote in Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

• Defend insureds, motor carriers, and businesses in commercial vehicle and trucking accident litigation
• Manage a litigation caseload from assignment through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
• Take and defend depositions and draft various legal documents for litigation purposes

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Arizona Bar license in good standing
• 3+ years of insurance defense experience required; 5+ years preferred
• Proven experience taking and defending depositions; trial experience preferred
• Strong background in automobile/commercial vehicle defense or general bodily injury defense litigation
