Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resident Producer with a Property and Casualty License.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance needs, including quoting policies and purchases
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage inbound inquiries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards while collaborating to achieve team sales goals

Required Qualifications

• Must have an active Producer Property and Casualty License in Arizona
• Must reside within 70 miles of the Phoenix, AZ hub
• Must be available for a 6-week virtual training program and adhere to the work schedule
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate empathy and drive
• High-speed internet access is required; Wi-Fi is not permitted
