Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Sales Agent (Property & Casualty, Personal Lines).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries to understand customer needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Meet or exceed sales targets through strong customer relationships and consultative sales techniques
• Communicate the value of insurance products and guide customers through the sales process

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 months of Property & Casualty insurance experience in a sales environment
• Active Property & Casualty license in the current state of residence
• Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding targets
• Proficiency with CRM systems and telephone software
