Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Arizona Licensed Intake Specialist will manage client applications and enrollment processes, ensuring timely onboarding of patients and caregivers while providing exceptional customer service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Work closely with patients and caregivers to educate them on the application and enrollment process, aiming for completion within 60 days
  • Provide necessary documentation to Nevada Medicaid and patients' insurance for service authorization, ensuring quick turnaround times
  • Serve as the initial point-of-contact for prospective clients, managing a high open caseload until the enrollment process is complete
Required qualifications
  • Experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment
  • Motivated to help patients and caregivers, with a strong drive to exceed case targets and metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective issue resolution over the telephone
  • Computer proficiency with strong typing skills and the ability to leverage technology for customer issue resolution
  • High empathy and a collaborative team player attitude
