Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Arizona Licensed Intake Specialist will manage client applications and enrollment processes, ensuring timely onboarding of patients and caregivers while providing exceptional customer service in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with patients and caregivers to educate them on the application and enrollment process, aiming for completion within 60 days
- Provide necessary documentation to Nevada Medicaid and patients' insurance for service authorization, ensuring quick turnaround times
- Serve as the initial point-of-contact for prospective clients, managing a high open caseload until the enrollment process is complete
Required qualifications
- Experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment
- Motivated to help patients and caregivers, with a strong drive to exceed case targets and metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective issue resolution over the telephone
- Computer proficiency with strong typing skills and the ability to leverage technology for customer issue resolution
- High empathy and a collaborative team player attitude
